What languages do you work with?
We can translate your documents in Portuguese, French and Dutch into English. We can also translate English documents into French and Portuguese.

How quickly can you turn around a translation?
On average our output is between 2000-2500 words per day, so around 6-7 A4 pages containing 350 words. Very technical texts requiring additional research may take longer. We always agree a time frame with the client prior to beginning work.

How much do you charge?
Ok, this depends on the nature of the job. Our translation and writing rates are competitive and are based on the difficulty of the text and the realistic time required to complete the job. If you need us to carry out any special work over the weekend, there is an additional charge for this. Translations are charge by the word, interpreting and proof-reading by the hour and all other work at an agreed price before work commences.

Why work with you?
Being small allows us to build relationships directly with clients, many of whom return with further assignments. We can always be reached and you always know who is dealing with your text rather than having an agency outsource this work.

Why work with another company?
We are small. A highly complex 50,000 word project on genetics to be completed in one week is better dealt with by a larger, specialised translation team.

Do you offer DTP services and can you work with graphics files?
Yes. We have many years experience with page layout and DTP. We use Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and can output your documents in PDF format if required.
